For Drug Product Services (DPS), our successful Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) branch, located in Basel, Switzerland and Stein, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. Drive culture, attitude, behavior and engagement in line with principles of project management
Promote project management core processes, systems and excellence in execution
Manage project scope, timelines and budget as well as program profitability with core project team
Ensure internal and external governance is in place and are effective
Organize and deliver DPS department specific focused training
Leverage and promote group-wide standard tools as well as alignment of internal stakeholders
Collaborate with DPS department heads continually reinforcing data quality
Provide external support/expertise for cross-departmental projects and/or site emergency care
Owner of business continuity plan for DPS
Assure adherence to quality, cost, profitability, and timelines
Bachelors or Master’s degree with technical background, or equivalent experience
Substantial working experience as a Program or Project Manager in the Life Sciences, GMP Regulated, Pharmaceutical, or Environmental industry
Previous experience in Facility Management, Logistic, Materials Management, Planning, Organizational Excellence & Lean, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Analytics
Strategic, operational and technical project management experience
Leadership, motivational as well as written, oral and presentation skills
Track record of successfully managing projects and dealing with challenging senior stakeholders
Outstanding planning, organization and controlling skills as well as complex problem solving skills
Fluency in English and German
Project Management Certification desired
