We have a new opportunity as Communications Manager in our headquarter in Basel, Switzerland.
In close collaboration with the Head of LSI Communications, drive selected activities across the segment with a special focus on editorial activities and project support.
As the sale approaches, participate in preparations for the change of ownership, which do not only include launch activities to be defined but also setting up an independently functioning Communications team.
5+ years in Communications (global department or agency), including experience with media relations, in-house communications
Excellent writing and proofreading skills in both English and German; curiosity, desire to learn and the ability to translate complex subjects into accessible, compelling content
Acumen for digital communication
Industry work experience in specialty chemicals or related industries a plus
Excellent people skills/natural networker
Organized and focused, capacity to manage multiple different projects in parallel, sense of detail for each project or publication.
