LSI is looking for a Marketing Specialist for our Morristown, NJ location to implement marketing mix for Home care and Personal Care (HPC) Preservation business. Coordinate activities across all key stakeholders including Sales, Application Development, Regulatory and Value Chain product portfolio, align products and offerings with market needs, develop and articulate value propositions, and execute market communication program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regional financial objectives and business strategies. Assist internal and distributor sales teams to help achieve financial goals. Provide sales tools and training on preservation product/services/capabilities. Initiate and manage marketing campaigns as needed.

  • Provide marketing direction and support for innovation projects aligned with Global strategy. Identify new product opportunities. Build business justification and market assessments for projects. Provide commercial support for project teams to meet deliverables. Initiate and manage sales campaigns to launch new products and track financial KPIs.

  • Market Intelligence support: monitor competitor and customer activities, strategies and product developments. Maintain relationships with key vendors of market research and secondary data. Assist with management of market intelligence resources to drive utilization and maximize budget. Leverage market intelligence to build market and customer insights to help drive sales and new product ideas

  • Support the global marketing strategy and implement regional strategies for the Home Care and Personal Care (HPC) Preservation business.Coordinate activities across all key stakeholders including Sales, Application Development, Regulatory and Value Chain.

  • Assist in development and execution of marketing communications programs. Maintain up to date sales and marketing collateral. Provide launch and sales tools for new products.  Assist with execution of external communication strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • B.A or B.S in Marketing, Business or Science based discipline (Chemistry, etc.)                                                            

  • 0 to 4 years of related B2B or B2C sales or marketing experience in personal care or household cleaning

  • Manage spending in line with cost center budget                       

  • Analyze and calculate and financial KPIs

  • Understands and contribute to building business / marketing plans

  • Build value propositions and value pricing models

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
