LSI is looking for a Regulatory Assurance Specialist in our Conley, GA location to prepare, support and maintain regulatory processes, especially registration packages with various degrees of complexity, for submission to State and Federal agencies in North America, supporting existing and new products for both internal and external customers.

Key Requirements:

  • Prepare and submit registration packages to North American Federal agencies, as well as California and review of product labels to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Mange state product registration program and work with third party on renewal submissions. Assist with follow-up on requests and responses to and from North American regulatory governing agencies. Maintain the regulatory systems supporting the business, including product registration information within the company and State databases, ensuring timely and accurate responses required to track and prepare State registrations renewals.

  • Manage the Restricted Use Pesticide Dealer and Certified Applicator License program to ensure adequate coverage in all states and maintenance of existing licenses.

  • Submission of sales/production reports in support of Federal and state registrations and licenses (i.e. EPA Establishment Report, state monthly &yearly sales, PMRA sales, CA Mill Tax)

  • Support the EHS program with preparation and maintenance of GHS labels.

Key Requirements:

  • Preferred area of study:  Physical Sciences

  • BS Degree – 3 - 5 years of applicable experience

  • In depth understanding of the State registration processes and procedures, FIFRA and CDPR experience

  • Able to argue effectively company positions without damaging relationships with regulators.

  • Attention to details, multitasking, planning, and prioritization skills. Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
