Master Data Specialist (Fixed term 4-months)

The Master Data Specialist is part of the global Master Data Team and is responsible to manage all Customer and/or Vendor Master Data requests mostly from Americas but also supports other regions in Asia and EMEA according to the follow-the-sun principle. The Master Data Specialist also acts as a backup for FICO Master Data. The Master Data Specialist collaborates closely with the Junior Supervisor and Domain Owners and can support in other tasks dependent on his knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handles standard requests for Customer and/or Vendor and/or FICO related. Mainly for requests originating from Americas, but handling also requests from other regions according the follow-the-sun principle.
  • Handles special requests for the above-mentioned Master Data domains and regions. Escalates complex requests to members of the Master Data competence center.
  • Supporting of global Master Data Team in different Master Data tasks like reports, cleansing, trouble shooting and simple mass changes or other assigned tasks
  • Support in migration projects for customer and/or vendor master data

Key requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Order Management, AR or AP related processes.
  • 9 months experience in Master Data is a plus.
  • Advanced English level. Additional languages is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel.
  • High School Degree (Technical degree is a plus).
  • Bachelor student or equivalent in Accounting, IT or any related field.
  • Proficient user of basic office applications (Word, Power Point and Outlook).
  • Analytical skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
