LSI is looking for a Supply Chain Analysis Manager who will be responsible for providing information, analysis, tools and process support for the LSI Supply Chain Team to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Lonza’s global supply chain. The incumbent is experienced and able to apply wider business knowledge and experience to complex problems to offer new perspectives, solutions and process improvements. The individual should have a working knowledge of Supply Chain and in-depth skills in SAP, Power BI, data analysis and data manipulation. Employee does not necessarily need to be in one of the posted locations.
Develops and leads the development of tools that empower supply chain improvements, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
Works alongside Management/Leadership teams to develop key metrics and reporting for supply chain processes; delivers dashboards for the regular maintenance and outcomes of all programs
Partners with IT to enhance supply chain systems.
Supports the supply chain organization on sales systems and provides training to global teams to ensure proficiency for supply chain responsibilities.
Contributes to the development or improvement of systems to effectively track or capture data; audit systems and information
Provides daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc analysis of supply chain performance for LSI.
Expert in Excel, Power BI and Power Query; proficient in SAP.
Manages interactions proactively to drive stakeholder satisfaction.
University degree in science or engineering required
Minimum of 4 - 6 years’ experience in a related role
Expert in data analytics including programs such as Excel, Power BI and Power Query
Demonstrates understanding of the global commercial organizations
Strong financial and analytical acumen and computer/systems skills
Able to lead discussions including scope development, training, brainstorming, ad hoc request definition, etc.
Demonstrated experience creating productive tools/resources and sharing systems know-how with commercial teams
