Lonza is establishing a strategic biomanufacturing base in China using GE Healthcare Solutions. With the new facility, Lonza is responding to growing demand for a high-quality CDMO in the Chinese market. You need to manage Lot Review and Release activities; manage the Procedure of Deviation and Corrective and Preventive Actions system; manage the in-process control for Manufacturing, Manufacturing Science and Technology and manage the supplier and material qualification process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor day-to-day Quality Assurance activities;
  • Highly motivated individual and have superior skills in all areas relevant to the job;
  • Member of cross-functional site team(s) on projects/ issues;
  • Lead in complex deviation investigations, Corrective And Preventive Actions proposals;
  • Superior ability to troubleshoot;
  • Provide guidance on deviation management and Corrective And Preventive Actions in Trackwise System  and conduct training for Trackwise system usage;
  • Batch Record Review per applicable Standard Operation Procedure and Manage the product labeling systems;
  • A competent Reviewer of Standard Operation Procedure, protocols, reports or records;
  • Manage the supplier and material qualification process and Quality agreement with supplier;
  • Able to coordinate between departments for multiple parallel activities;
  • Understanding of advanced topics pertaining to Current Good Manufacture Practices;
  • Identify process pathways and work to develop; improvements in strategy;
  • Help/Transfer and quickly assimilate to leadership role in other process areas;
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by manager.
