Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells seeded on BME and the formation of endothelial tubes was monitored live with the CytoSMART™ Lux 10X System. Time-lapse videos were recorded for 22 hours at an image interval of 1 image every 5 min with the CytoSMART™ Lux 10X System.

The human colorectal carcinoma cell line HCT 116 was seeded into 35mm micro-dishes containing an ibidi culture insert. After reaching confluence and removal of the culture insert, closure of the gap was monitored with the CytoSMART™ Lux 10X System at an image interval of 1 image every 5 min for 1.8 days.
