Basel, Switzerland, 15 January 2019 – Fridtjof Helemann will leave the company on 31 March 2019, upon reaching retirement age. He has been Chief Human Resources Officer since 2016 and became a member of the Executive Committee in February 2017.

In this role he realigned the HR function and successfully implemented a people strategy to support the company's growth. His successor will be announced in spring 2019.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee would like to thank him for his valuable contributions and wish him all the best for his well-deserved retirement.
