  2. Prize winners of the Apple iPad will be determined randomly by raffle ticket from the entrants at Lonza Walkersville, Inc.’s (“Lonza”) booth at the Society of Toxicology (the “Conference”) on 12-14 March 2018. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, 14 March.
  3. Prize(s) is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
  4. Prize winner(s) is responsible for any and all taxes that might be incurred on prizes received.
  5. Winner(s) will be notified at the Conference.  All decisions are final.  Any recourse to courts of law are excluded.
  6. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or institutional policy.  If a winner declines the prize, another entrant will be randomly determined.
  7. Entrants must be 18 years of age to be eligible.
