Winter
Check houseplants for insect infestation and bait your garden during sparse warm days. Fall
Fall is as important as any other season to bait yards for slugs and snails so as to control the slimy pests before they can lay eggs that will hatch during the early spring. Baiting in the fall can greatly help to prevent slugs and snails from laying eggs.
