Key responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Management of Nansha site greening, meeting room, duty room and restroom.
• Comprehensive Management of Nansha Site logistic services, including transportation, canteen, cleaning, work clothes cleaning, office supplies and travel, outing event and site workshop etc.
• Comprehensive Management of Guangzhou Haizhu Office, including coordination of venue rental, cleaning, employees’ meal, daily maintenance and logistic services for employees.
• Comprehensive Management of Site Non-Production facility.
• Comprehensive Management of Qingsheng Office.

Key requirements:

• 10 years’ experience above
•  Bachelor degree above, preferred in Administration Management Related
• Having the accountability, honesty and courage to speak up and do the right things: Being supportive, respectful and responsible towards others
• Being supportive, respectful and responsible towards others
• Being engaged, curious and enquiring to find the best possible solution
• Being self-driven, motivated and committed to focus and deliver
• Good oral and written in English and Chinese with good communication skill. TEM 4 or above
• Good appearance and strong affinity
• Good team player with excellent organization and motivation skills.
