Primaset™ Cyanate Ester resins are a family of aromatic prepolymers which contain highly reactive cyanate (-OCN) functional groups.
Upon heating, the cyanate group cyclotrimerize exothermically to form triazine ring structures which result in a tightly crosslinked (thermoset) structure.
In most applications processing may require heating, formulation with reinforcements, additives and catalysts, and thermal curing stages.
