Effective March 1, 2010, we are extending our customer service and scientific support hours to improve our service coverage to you.
No more waiting until the next day to place your orders, or to obtain technical support. You can contact us through 4pm PT Monday through Friday. This will include support via phone, fax and e-mail.
The new extended hours of operation are:
