| Changes in Media and Investor Relations
|
Lonza Group announces the reorganization of the Corporate Communications Group, based in Basel, Switzerland. As a result of this restructuring, some responsibilities have changed.
As of April 1, 2006, Margot Connor will head Corporate Communications and will be responsible for all English-speaking media and investor relations activities. Margot Connor will also assume the role of the media speaker of our company. Margot will take over this role from Christine Menz (Hirzel. Neef. Schmid. Konsulenten AG) who has been supporting Lonza over the past 18 months. We would like to thank Christine Menz for the excellent support and contributions.
Laura Gerber-Wieland will continue to head Investor Relations for Lonza as a whole, within the Communications Group. Simultaneously she will be promoted to Deputy Head of Corporate Communications. Laura Gerber-Wieland will be responsible for all German-speaking media and investor inquiries.
