| Lonza is recognized for vision, innovation and global competitiveness |
Lonza Group (SWX:LONN) Chief Financial Officer, Toralf Haag, has been awarded the Annual European Award for Financial Management Excellence by the Chemical Week organization. In addition to his role of Lonza Group C.F.O., Toralf Haag is also a member of the Lonza Management Committee.
The award emphasizes the vital responsibility that the Chief Financial Officer assumes in setting a tone of trust and integrity within the culture of an organization. Foremost, this award recognizes Lonza’s finance community; the team of professionals who provide excellence in finance, accounting and controlling for Lonza around the world.
This honor is given annually to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to businesses in Europe through vision and leadership, corporate reporting and performance, social responsibility, innovation and global competitiveness.
