Lonza Group Ltd, Muenchensteinerstrasse 38, 4002 Basel, announces that it has been informed by Harris Asscociates L.P., Two North LaSalle Street, Suite 500, Chicago, Illinois 60602-3790, USA, that its participation in the voting rights of Lonza Group Ltd has exceeded the threshold of 10% and it now holds 10.04% in terms of 5,065,650 registered shares of a nominal value of CHF 1.- each.
