| Lonza has appointed DeWolf Chemical of East Providence, Rhode Island as its distributor in New England for Lonza's Performance Chemicals product lines. |
Fair Lawn, NJ, May 30, 2002 - Lonza has appointed DeWolf Chemical of East Providence, Rhode Island as its distributor in New England for Lonza's Performance Chemical lines of biocides, preservatives, and oleochemicals to the Household, Industrial and Institutional (HI&I), Polymer Processing and Personal Care markets. This appointment is effective immediately.
For the past five years, DeWolf Chemical has represented Lonza well in New England to the Janitorial Cleaning Industry. This appointment extends the number of product lines that DeWolf Chemical will distribute for Lonza in New England. Currently, DeWolf promotes and sells Lonza Bardac®, Barquat®, Dantogard®, and Glydant® biocidal products to the Janitorial Cleaning Industry. DeWolf will also promote and sell Lonza's Acrawax® C and Glycolube® polymer additives to the Polymer Processing market. John Wolfe, Lonza's Associate Director of Distribution commented, "DeWolf Chemical has been one of Lonza's most productive distributors, and we are pleased that we are continuing to grow our relationship with them."
