SAP Upgrade Announcement

We are excited to announce the consolidation of the Arch SAP system into the Lonza SAP system in two phases, which will occur on December 2, 2013 and January 2, 2014.  This integration will allow our supply chain to operate on one system globally. 

As part of this integration, we also took the opportunity to improve some of the overall features of the Lonza SAP system.

The following customer facing documents will have a new look:

  • Order Acknowledgement
  • Delivery Note and Packing List
  • Proforma Invoice
  • Invoice

We are confident that the appropriate measures in system design, testing, and training have been carefully planned and executed to avoid any disruption or inconvenience to our customers.
