StellARray® qPCR Arrays

Each StellARray® qPCR Array has been designed to provide scientists with multiple functions. Primer pairs have been designed to detect both RNA (as cDNA) and genomic DNA in separate assays. This design approach provides the direct capability to analyze both gene expression and genomic DNA copy-number variations (CNV) derived from the same primer pairs.

Global Pattern Recognition™ (GPR) Data Analysis Tool

Want to Analyze your qPCR data?  Lonza is proud to offer simple and accurate analysis of real-time PCR data using Bar Harbor Biotechnology, Inc's Global Pattern Recognition™ Software.  Simply log into GPR, select the StellARray® Product that you ran on your real-time PCR instrument, upload your data and submit for analysis. An HTML or Excel® formatted file will be generated that gives a ranked list of genes by p-value, fold change value, and links to MGI and NCBI gene pages. With each purchase of a StellARray® Pack your account will receive analysis query credits sufficient to analyze each plate.
